Totnes Leisure Centre
The race its self is nearly all off road, following alongside the beautiful River Dart. It starts and finishes on Borough Park and uses the Totnes Leisure Centre as its Race HQ. Where there are plenty of toilets (including extra portoloos), showers and changing facilities.
There is a strict race limit of 600 so it is advisable to enter early. However, if numbers allow, we do take entries on the day.
Please note that headphones are not permitted and anyone caught wearing them will be disqualified!
We pride ourselves on our extensive prize list. Apart from the first 5 males and females, we also offer prizes to first and second in each vet category (every 5 years) up to 60 for the ladies and 70 for the men. We also have an U18 category and prizes for the first two men's teams (6 to count) and ladies's teams (4 to count). Presentations will take place at 12.45pm.
Refreshments will be available, including the famous selection of Trotter cakes! If the weather permits, then we will have a BBQ, selling jumbo hot dogs, cheeseburgers and bacon baps. We'll also have a beer tent, selling the award winning Jail Ale.
We will once again be staging a 1-mile Fun Run around the perimeter of Borough Park - Starting at 10.25am. This always proves really popular and gives all those taking part the chance to complete a safe, measured 1-mile course.Prizes for 1st & 2nd M/F U8, U10, U13 & U15 - Awards for all finishers - Entry £3.00 - We will be taking entries before race day as well as on the day. Please try and enter beforehand as it makes our life and yours so much easier.
Since the Trotters took over the staging of the Totnes 10K back in 2000, we have presented Totnes Caring with £16, 000.00. As a club we are thrilled to support such a worthwhile local charity.
Please enclose an A5 SAE envelope with your entry. You will then receive a 4-page colour race magazine along with your race number.
