This pretty 400 year old listed cottage has recently undergone a sympathetic and tasteful refurbishment, the house boasts a large enclosed sunny garden as well as feature stone fireplaces inset with multi-fuel stoves to snuggle up in front of. Churchgate House is within yards of Blackawton’s two locally renowned pubs, village shop and children’s play ground. Surrounded by beautiful South Hams rolling countryside, there is plenty of good walking; and Blackawton is perfectly located for easy access to Dartmouth and just a few minutes’ drive from the family favourite of Woodlands Leisure Park as well as the popular long stretches of coast at Slapton and Blackpool Sand’s wonderful beach.

Bedroom 3 with two 3ft single beds, built-in wardrobe, TV with DVD and wash basin. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.

Large sunny level grassed enclosed garden to the rear of the property furnished with table, parasol, chairs and barbecue – perfect for al fresco dining. Rotary washing line.

Private parking for one car on driveway. Plentiful additional on road parking within close proximity to the house.
