Ashleigh House is a stylishly refurbished Victorian B&B featuring 7 en-suite guest rooms rated 4 star by Visit England. We have a spacious dining room, garden room and garden seating area. We are positioned in a quiet area of the medieval market town of Kingsbridge within easy walking distance of the town and estuary.

Breakfasts are served in the light and spacious dining room; all food is cooked to order using where possible local produce, we are happy to accommodate any dietary requirements if advised in advance.

We have four parking spaces on site and ample free street parking to the front and side of the house.

Follow the M5 to the end and continue along the A38 (dual carriageway) in the direction of Plymouth.

At Ashburton you will see signs to Kingsbridge (via Totnes). You can take this route but a more direct one is to travel a further 7 miles along the A38 to Wrangton Cross (exit marked park & ride for Plymouth). Follow the sign left to Loddiswell (A3121). In 1.5 miles you come to a crossroads - go straight across (ignore the Kingsbridge sign to the right) the road becomes the B3196 going towards Loddiswell. Pass through California Cross and turn left just after the petrol station along the road signed for Loddiswell and Kingsbridge. Continue through Loddiswell (3 miles) and go on to Kingsbridge, another 3 miles. At a crossroads it indicates Kingsbridge light vehicles only. Go straight on (if applicable) and follow the road to Kingsbridge town.

Leave the road on the A381 going towards Salcombe. After the roundabout proceed up the hill, Ashleigh road is the 3rd turning on the left, where the road narrows, there is a brown sign to Ashleigh House.
